Head Chef – Full TimeOverview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to oversee food preparation, kitchen operations, menu development, and team management in a busy hospitality environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety while creating a positive and productive kitchen culture.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee food preparation and production to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Develop seasonal menus in collaboration with management.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Manage stock, ordering, and food costs.
  • Train and support kitchen staff.
  • Work closely with front-of-house to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy hospitality environment.
