Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces, improve usability, and deliver visually appealing solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI consistency.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of user experience, usability, and interaction design principles.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, Digital Media.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and user behavior analysis.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of React or front-end development frameworks.
