Job Overview
At Ferndown Golf Course, we’re looking to enhance our hospitality team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a relaxed, welcoming environment. As the team behind our food, drink, and events offering, we’re passionate about creating memorable experiences for members and guests alike. We’re now looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join us on this journey and help shape the future of hospitality at one of Dorset’s most respected golf venues.

About you...

The Hospitality team at Ferndown Golf Course is looking for experienced and enthusiastic full time front of house staff to provide an excellent customer food & drink experience. Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Experience working in a high volume venue is a vital to succeed in this role.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must be 18 years +
  • Experience working in a bar and restaurant
  • Must be able to work full time hours
  • Able to communicate clearly and demonstrate good verbal and written English
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ideally has knowledge of wines
  • Must be a team player, be able to work independently and use your own initiative as required

Hours...

  • Must be available to work weekends – evenings / mornings, and bank holidays
