Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive kitchen experience and a strong background in food production and preparation. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests, while also overseeing kitchen operations and managing a team of culinary professionals. Your leadership and culinary expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring all team members are trained in food preparation and safety standards.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and food production.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen to comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
