  • Guest Queries: Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, allergens, pricing and bookings.
  • Venue Standards: Keep your section clean, organised and well presented throughout the shift.
  • Opening & Closing: Complete operational opening and closing duties in line with our procedures.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one, we can teach you our menus, systems and service standards.

What we are looking for is someone who:

  • Is friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people.
  • Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Has strong communication skills.
  • Works well as part of a team.
  • Can remain organised and positive when things get busy.
  • Is reliable and takes pride in their work.
  • Has good personal presentation.
  • Is interested in food, cocktails, Champagne and hospitality.
  • Is willing to learn and develop their product knowledge.
  • Is comfortable recommending and upselling products where appropriate.
