Lead a Team. Create Outstanding Experiences. Make a Difference.

At Bury Chiropractic, we believe the patient experience starts long before treatment begins. From the first phone call to every visit thereafter, our reception team plays a vital role in helping patients feel welcomed, reassured and cared for.

We're looking for an exceptional Front of House and Patient Experience Manager to lead our reception team and deliver an outstanding patient experience from first contact onwards.

Why Join Us?

For more than 20 years, Bury Chiropractic has helped people across Bury reduce pain, improve mobility and regain confidence in their health. We've built our reputation not only on excellent clinical care, but on delivering an outstanding patient experience from beginning to end.

Everything we do is guided by three core values:

Trust – We earn trust through honesty, compassion and consistency.

Excellence – We take ownership, maintain high standards and always look for ways to improve.

About the Role

As Front of House Manager, you'll lead and support a team of 3–4 receptionists while remaining hands-on within our busy practice.

· Maintaining exceptional patient service standards

· Managing rotas and daily front-of-house operations

· Welcoming patients and confidently explaining appointments, care plans and fees (full training provided)

· The confidence to coach, motivate and support others

· A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service would all be highly valued.

What We Offer

· £24k-£26.5k pa plus performance-related bonuses

· Competitive pension scheme

· Paid overtime

· Flexible shift patterns

· Ongoing training and leadership development

· Employee wellbeing programme

· Staff discounts

· A supportive team environment where you'll be encouraged to grow and succeed

The rota includes early mornings, evenings and alternate Saturdays. As Front of House Manager, you'll also be flexible in supporting your team with holiday and sickness cover when needed.
