Full job description

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives and Flower Pickers to join our growing team in Evesham. This is an entry level role with no experience required, ideal for candidates looking for outdoor work, greenhouse work, picking jobs, warehouse roles, or production work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flower picking and harvesting crops
  • Packing and production work including flowers and leaf products
  • Planting and potting young plants
  • Working in greenhouse environments to support plant growth and care
  • Weeding and general crop maintenance
  • Plant care and pruning
  • Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm.
  • Saturday: 6:00am until 11:00am.
  • Bank holiday work may be required.

Requirements
