Wiston Estate winery is a multi award-winning winery set in the heart of the South Downs.

Each year we look to grow our vineyard and winery team around harvest time to help bring in the vintage and we’re starting to plan for the 2026 harvest.

At Wiston Estate winery we focus on quality, making the best sparkling wines for us and our clients – who fill the spectrum in terms of size.
