Sales Support Operative

The Company

JCB Canterbury Volkswagen is part of the JCB Group , which is a well-established Family Business throughout Kent and Sussex. We are searching for a talented, outgoing and responsible individual who is ready to take on the Sales Support Operative position with the UK’s no.1 vehicle Brand, Volkswagen.

The Role

Working in a dealership environment can be exciting, rewarding and quite demanding. Do you feel you possess the skills and qualities needed? If so, we are looking for a talented individual to join our business as a sales support operative.

This is a role which plays a huge part in our business. With a large forecourt this role will have many processes in which you will play a big part in. From organisation of the forecourt to stock management.

This is a suitable position for those wanting to get into the motor industry and offers full training.

Monday to Friday business hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Responsibilities

Vehicle logistic from preparation site
Organisation of Used car display
Organisation of New Car display
Photography of vehicles
Creating and displaying POS materials for vehicles
Assisting the General Sales Manager in admin tasks


The Person

An individual that is self-confident, self-driven and has a positive attitude with the desire to meet standards.

You need to be well presented with a professional approach

A background within the motor industry would be advantageous, however, it is not a pre-requisite as full training will be provided. The chosen applicant needs to be able to deliver the following:

High Standards
Excellent communication skills
Has the ability to liaise confidently with the sales team.
IT literate, competent with Microsoft Office and the ability to use new technologies
Has strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Excellent time management
Will be required to attend specialised training on site
Hold a full UK Driving licence
