Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations within the bar and restaurant areas, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and manage team members including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and support personnel
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including serving guests when necessary to foster a positive experience
  • Monitor inventory levels beverages, and supplies; coordinate ordering and stock management
  • Train staff on proper service techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices

Skills
