Role Overview

As a Counter Assistant/Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll greet guests with a smile, manage seating arrangements, support the team during busy periods, and ensure every visitor feels valued and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers as they enter the coffee shop
  • Manage orders and seating efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house area
  • Support baristas with drink preparation as needed
  • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
