Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a Care Home setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the overall well-being of our patients. Please note that this role does not offer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition, reporting significant findings promptly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment procedures, medication usage, and health management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all nursing activities and patient interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and standards of practice.

Requirements

  • Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in patient care within a care home setting.
  • Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of PCS and CC4 is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

Pay: £22.25 per hour
