Job Title - Trainee Bus Driver

Location - Adderley Green, Stoke on Trent

Salary - £14.20 per hour

Contract - Full Time, Permanent, 38 hours per week - 5 days per week, Monday – Sunday

Ready to start a new career with great opportunities to progress? We’re looking for Trainee Bus Drivers to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a permanent, full-time role with full training provided, so you don’t need any previous bus driving experience. You’ll work a variety of shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends, with your rota planned in advance to give you plenty of structure and flexibility.

With regular opportunities for weekday time off and clear routes for progression, it’s a great opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a difference in your local community.

Clear, guaranteed pay progression

As you complete training and gain experience, your pay increases automatically

  • £14.20 per hour while training

  • £15.50 per hour once fully qualified

What we need from you:

  • Proof of your Right to Work in the UK

  • You must be at least 18 years of age with at least 6 months driving experience

  • Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

  • Flexibility to work on a rota / shift basis. (There are a variety of shifts which may consist of early mornings (starting 03.30hrs) / late nights (finishing at 02:00hrs) / weekends.)

  • Great people skills
