About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Creative Designer to join our growing team in Epsom, Surrey. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for graphic design and digital content creation who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce engaging visual content across print, digital, social media, and video platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and basic video editing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, presentations, and digital advertisements.
  • Create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
  • Produce simple motion graphics, animations, and video titles where required.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital publication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Organise project files and manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Keep up to date with design trends, social media content, and creative best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • A qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related creative field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
  • Photography or videography experience.Knowledge of Canva and social media content creation.Understanding of digital marketing and branding.Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
