Property Photographer / Floor Planner / DEA

Milton Keynes / Hemel Hempstead / St Albans (must live locally)

About us
CJ Property Marketing is a leading property photography and creative marketing company, established for over 15 years. We pride ourselves on producing premium property marketing materials and delivering an exceptional service to our clients.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Hertfordshire team and are looking for an experienced Property Photographer / Floor Planner, with DEA qualification advantageous.

About the role

  • Photographing approximately 4 properties per day
  • Producing high-quality property photography
  • Creating clear and accurate floor plan sketches
  • EPC production (if DEA qualified)
  • Working with premium equipment provided by the company

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in property photography (essential)
  • Experience producing accurate floor plan sketches
  • DEA qualification (advantageous but not essential)
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
  • Must live locally to Hertfordshire
