We provide instant accommodation applications for international students, and the highest quality of education services for Chinese students from secondary schools to graduates.

Our company is based in London with branch offices in Asia. We have cooperated with various of excellent private schools and local real estate agencies in the UK, to provide top consultant services focusing on British private school, undergraduate and postgraduate's applications; British summer/winter camp applications; British school and university pre-visits; guardian services and visa application consultation; and London properties renting.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious media content creator with a background in Marketing, Film, Photography, Advertising, or related disciplines to join our team. The core responsibility of this role is to produce high-quality photos and videos that showcase our services and properties. Your visual content will be crucial in supporting our educational consulting and accommodation offerings.

This is a full-time position, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.

As our in-house media content creator, you will play a pivotal role in creating photography and video content, as well as executing marketing campaigns across print, social media, email, and our website. You will collaborate with our dynamic and supportive team while ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Strategy Management: Oversee corporate social media accounts (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok). Plan, schedule, and execute growth strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content & Media Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and promotional videos showcasing our real estate properties, local area, and British lifestyle.
  • Creative Storytelling & Trend Analysis: Research social media trends and visual storytelling techniques to create compelling multilingual copywriting and multimedia content.
  • PR & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
  • Team & Admin Support: Assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily marketing operations.

About You

  • Content & Equipment Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English. Hands-on experience with camera operation and DJI equipment (gimbals/drones). Real estate or property photography experience is highly preferred.
  • Software & Video Editing: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Video editing skills in CapCut (required); Premiere Pro or After Effects is a strong plus.
  • Mindset & Soft Skills: Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills, excellent communication, client-facing abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
