Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a deep appreciation for the art of baking. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high standards of quality and food safety are maintained throughout the process. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delighting our customers with fresh, delicious products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
  • Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavour and presentation.
  • Monitor the baking process to ensure products are cooked to perfection.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Assist in the planning and development of new recipes and menu items.
  • Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and production.
