Senior Sous Chef - Albert's Schloss Manchester

Salary:£42,000-45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + up to 32% bonus per annum,paid quarterly! (OTE up to £59k)


We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef with the passion and enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of strong experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef working with fresh food,in a high-volume restaurant.


As Senior Sous chef you will be working alongside the management team,you'll be a valuable part of a kitchen that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You'll engage and work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting,fast-moving environment,preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.


Who we need

  • At least 2 years experience in a Sous Chef experience
  • Someone who has a genuine love for cooking
  • Who loves a challenge and thrives on building an energised and engaged team
  • A desire to go above and beyond and prepare our food with love
  • Experience working in a busy,fresh food kitchen is essential
