Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced live in Front of House Management Team to oversee daily operations within our hospitality and food service establishment.The pub is set in the idylic location of Berkshire . The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant or pub experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, producing rotas for Front of House, ordering wet stock , maintaining high standards of clenliness throughout the pub, garden and restaurant. Cellar management skills, stock rotation and line cleaning. The Management Team will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.

Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and efficient food production processes.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to optimise team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
  • Assist in the development of menus and oversee food presentation standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and stock control.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the service areas.
  • Support the recruitment process for new team members, including interviewing and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, including culinary techniques and restaurant service standards.
  • Previous experience in hospitality roles such as serving food and drinks
