TMC Limited, are market leaders in the supply, design and manufacture of lorry and ship mounted cranes. Our two purpose-built sites and extensive range of equipment, enable us to provide a complete service to our clients. This might be a small repair, to a complete working vehicle, built from a bare chassis.

Stores & Parts Coordinator:

We are looking for a motivated and organised Stores & Parts Coordinator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate, will be responsible for managing stock, ensuring accurate inventory records are kept, and supporting the smooth operation of our workshop and service teams. We have a particular interest, in someone with solid engineering knowledge, who can recognise common mechanical and hydraulic parts.

About Us:

TMC is a trusted agent for PM, Bonfiglioli, and TMC-BS cranes. We also offer a wide range of engineering and hydraulic equipment. We take pride in delivering a personalised and efficient service, offering deliveries to suit our customers needs.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
  • Keep accurate stock records, audit and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
  • Help organise and manage the stores area efficiently.
  • Pick and distribute parts for workshop jobs and customer orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and arrange deliveries as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with packing and dispatching orders when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar stores, warehouse, or stock control role (preferred).
  • A good visual knowledge of common mechanical, hydraulic and electrical parts.
  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential, training can be provided).
  • Computer literacy is vital, as this role will be predominantly office based. A working knowledge of Sage would be helpful.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A pleasant telephone manner with the ability to liaise with internal and external people of all levels.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
  • Alternate Saturday 7:00AM – 11:00AM
