Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
  • Data entry Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimise office efficiency
  • Handling correspondence via email and postal services, ensuring timely responses
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing

Skills

  • Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks
