Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person and via telephone to promote products and services effectively
• Assist customers with product selection through knowledgeable advice and personalised recommendations
• Utilise merchandising techniques to optimise product displays and maximise sales opportunities
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
• Maintain organised records of sales transactions and customer interactions
• Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service during busy periods
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inbound and outbound calls
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
• Keep abreast of current product information, promotions, and industry trends

Skills

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is advantageous
