This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, family-owned dealer group representing some of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the UK. With significant investment in our dealerships and a focus on customer experience, we are seeking an exceptional leader to drive performance and develop our teams.

Earning Opportunity:

  • £75,000 basic.

We are looking for a proven automotive leader with experience of:

  • Managing dealership profitability.
  • Driving new and used vehicle performance.
  • Leading aftersales operations.
  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Building strong relationships with manufacturer partners.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the launch and growth of exciting new franchises including OMODA and JAECOO, alongside established manufacturer relationships.
