SwitchboardFree and Phonely has a position for a full-time Customer Support Representative to join us either from our LOWESTOFT office.

We believe in delivering great Customer Service to our customers.

If you love helping people and enjoy talking on the phone this could be the job for you.

Providing a seamless and positive experience, helping customers set up their on line phone system, testing, and tailoring our service to their own business needs. Ensuring payment details are correct and assisting the technical team to fix faults.

Your main responsibility will be answering inbound calls and live chats with both existing and new customers. Your primary role will be to support our customers with their general requests and enquiries, such as helping with payments, account queries, and some technical support. You will also help new customers through our set up process to ensure they understand and are offered the most appropriate product to suit their needs. You will also identify opportunities to introduce other service which would benifit our customers.

The successful applicant will be confident in speaking with people over the phone and be able to handle online ‘live chats’, they will have good communication skills, be reliable. You’ll need to be happy learning new skills and confident online.

This role would ideally suit someone who is technically minded but full training will be given.

You’ll also need:

  • A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
  • The determination to continuously improve service for our customers whilst meeting your personal and team goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as our Customer Service Representative must work well in a collaborative environment.
  • The commitment to develop new skills and responsibilities.
  • Be a team player.

Hours:

Monday to Friday (09:00 to 17:30) - No Weekends or Bank Holidays

Salary:

£12.71 per hour, plus a generous and open-ended monthly performance-related bonus.

We are currently recruiting for one position in Lowestoft.
