Looking for a career where you can make a real difference? Love being outdoors? Little Forest Folk is 8 fully outdoor nurseries, set in beautiful woodland spaces. We provide 2-5 year olds with an exemplary early years learning experience, and our mission is to reconnect as many children as possible with nature.

We are looking for qualified early years teacher/managers to join our Winkworth team in the forest. We need creative, high-energy applicants who are passionate about working with children, being outdoors and dedicated to having fun. You will already have a minimum level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification, have knowledge of the Early Years and advocate for child-led, play-based learning. Previous experience in leadership roles and managing a small team would be beneficial.

What to expect: Initial phone interview with HR, followed by an in person site visit/interview at our Winkworth nursery with the Operations/Nursery Manager.
