  • Support organisational projects and initiatives, including organising schedules and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to performance evaluations by providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for staff development.
  • Assist in preparing reports, analysing data, and recommending improvements to optimise organisational performance.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear instruction and teaching capabilities.

  • Proficiency in organising training sessions and delivering educational content.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Experience in teaching or educational roles is highly desirable.

This position offers an engaging environment where leadership qualities are valued alongside a commitment to organisational excellence. The Deputy Manager will be instrumental in supporting operational success while fostering a positive workplace culture centred on continuous improvement and professional development.
