Full job description

We are looking for someone with experience in the automotive industry to join our well established sales team. To be successful you should have:

  • Knowledge and experience of automotive parts.
  • Experience in automotive parts sales (aftermarket, dealership, trade, retail)
  • A knowledge of MAM (car parts) software is desirable, but not essential

Our dedicated sales team plays a pivotal role in driving our business forward by efficiently processing orders and coordinating parts for our extensive customer base across the Midlands.

Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, our sales team uses their expertise to ensure that customers receive the precise parts they require at competitive prices. As part of their responsibilities, individuals are expected to provide customers with comprehensive information, including available part options and estimated delivery times. Additionally, our sales team proactively source parts that are currently not stocked, demonstrating a strong dedication to meeting customer needs.

Building strong and enduring relationships with our customers is of great importance to us. It is essential for our sales team to consistently demonstrate a high level of care and attentiveness, fostering long-lasting and reliable connections with customers.

Role Requirements:

  • In a fast paced environment you will need good telephone skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Be computer confident in order to source the correct parts both from our own extensive stock and external suppliers.
  • Provide a high quality service to our customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Ability to work on the shop counter and deal with customers face-to-face when/ if needed.
  • Previous experience working within a motor factor, dealership parts department, trade counter or other sales advisor roles.

Salary: We employ the best parts advisors in the Midlands; we align salaries based on experience.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Alternate Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (one on, one off)

Must have the ability to commute to Rugby CV21 1TF

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
