Full job description

TGP Cymru is a Wales based charity working with children, young people and families and has been providing services across Wales for 24 years.

The Team Around The Tenancy Service supports young people aged 16 to 25 in North Wales who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, to make lasting positive changes in their lives. The service helps young people to overcome the difficulties they are experiencing and help them stay in their home and / or secure a place to call home.

We are seeking to recruit a TAtT Project Administrator for 10 hours per week with a flexible approach to working across the week. You will support the Team Around The Tenancy service with administrative tasks in line with TGP Cymru’s policies and procedures ensuring the regulatory and contractual compliance of the organisation.

Please note that this is a temporary role with current funding until 31st March 2027

The salary is £7135 per annum for this 10 hour per week role and is based on a full time role of 37 hours which is £26,400.

The postholder will be able to :

· Produce quality results in a service-orientated and timely manner and is committed to deliver agreed outcomes

· Work well with colleagues and partners and acknowledge the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds of others

· Plan and organise work and manage time effectively

· Communicate effectively i.e. express information and ideas in a clear, concise and accurate manner; listen actively and ensure information is shared.

· Be open to new approaches and ideas, respond positively to change and adapt quickly to new situations

· Seek opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.

· Use Microsoft Office products including office 365

They will also need to demonstrate a sound understanding and record of achievement in the following:

· Admin within an office environment/ Experience of using virtual platforms.

· Use of Office 365

· Operating financial systems including and budget monitoring and control

  • Dealing with members of the public and other agencies
