Full job description

The business:

We are a multi-award winning Sales and Lettings agency, based in Poulton. We cover all areas of the Fylde Coast, including Over Wyre , Kirkham and parts of Preston.

The role:

We are looking for a Full time Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Poulton office to assist the Lettings Team. Your main roles will be:

* Respond to Lettings enquires via phone and email

* Register all details on CRM system

* Booking viewings and appraisals

* Registering Applicants and Landlords

* Liaising with 3rd party contractors and arranging maintenance Jobs

* Preparing tenancy packs

* Accompany viewings

* Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions

The package:

* Small Local Business

*Working Hours – Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.

* Use of company car during office hours (inline with insurance T&C's)

* 28 Days holiday a year (including bank holidays)

* A supportive and friendly working environment

Candidate requirements:

* Experience in the property sector is desirable

* Enthusiastic; a great team player

* Strong communication and IT skills

* Good local knowledge of the area

* Ability to organise workload

* Full driving licence is essential

* Well presented

* Excellent time management
