Your Key responsibilities as our International Sales Manager will be to:

  • Deliver an effective international go to market plan for two ESRI UK written products (Sweet for ArcGIS and UNE for ArcGIS)
  • Use your partnering skills to sell, build and maintain a network of partnerships globally with distributors, specialist partners and ESRI Inc., using the most relevant selling model (direct, co-sell or sell through)
  • Develop and progress a healthy pipeline via new lead generation and through marketing activities with the Marketing Team
  • Drive both small- & large-scale transformational customer projects through to close
  • Take an active role in shaping the product roadmap, work closely with the Product Manager and product team
  • Work collaboratively with ESRI UK stakeholders; identifying & proposing new processes and teams to jointly deliver projects and enable sales

  • Have previous experience working in Sales and Partner Roles
  • Have a track record of building and delivering a go to market plan to maximise growth and accelerate sales opportunities both directly with Customers and indirectly via Distributors and Specialty Partners
  • Can demonstrate experience of with large complex customers, preferably in the Utilities market
  • Have experience in managing and developing productive partner relationships
  • Understand complex sales cycles and closing large sales opportunities
  • Are self-sufficient and have strong activity and pipeline management skills
  • Have lots of tenacity and perseverance
  • Have entitlement to work full time in the UK and can pass a security clearance

The location: This is a home-based role and will require national and international travel, working at customer/partner locations and will take the job holder away from home at times.
