Running and analysing inventories of all assets.

- Managing documents for the Estates department including creating and managing a naming convention (this may include managing the naming convention across the airport’s departments).

- Organising and planning services, tests and inspections on relevant assets with the internal engineers and external contractors.

- Filing and collating documentation such as processes, tests and certificates, purchase orders etc.

- Taking an innovative approach to your work, regularly seeking ways to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
