Full job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Duties
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
- Organise and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and ensure seamless workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is not essential. Full training will be given.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
