Quality Dental Horsham are looking for a positive, energetic Practice Manager to work in their fantastic practice.

Quality Dental are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager, to provide support to a 6 surgery mixed NHS and Private Dental Practice. The practice is well established located in the heart of Horsham .

Desirable applicants will have experience in the running of a dental practice.

You will have:

  • At least one years’ experience within the dental industry
  • Have proven practice management skills
  • Have good financial skills and able to manage costs
  • Excellent people management skills and be familiar with HR regulations and procedures
  • Be familiar with CQC requirements
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in dealing with both staff and patients.
  • Have good computer skills and be able to work with SOE, Word and Excel

You will be:

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and accounting, to maintain profitability.
  • Supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and addressing any human resource issues.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance patient interactions and team collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards, leveraging relevant experience to improve practice operations.
