General Manager – Ripple Dental Care

Salary: £36,000-£40,000 DOE a year + bonus
Location: Edinburgh New Town
Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days per week

Ripple Dental Care is a modern, welcoming and fast-growing dental practice in the heart of Edinburgh. We’re passionate about creating a positive workplace, delivering great patient care and building a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.

Duties

  • Supporting and motivating our friendly team
  • Overseeing smooth day-to-day running of the practice
  • Managing staff rota, communication and teamwork
  • Supporting admin and general operations

What we’re looking for

  • Proven organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
  • A positive, professional, and calm approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proactive and reliable, with a genuine commitment to supporting team wellbeing and fostering a positive workplace culture.
