We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Leicester - Rushey Mead Health Centre, providing an excellent front-of-house service and helping to create a welcoming, safe and supportive environment for patients, visitors and colleagues. Through your day-to-day interactions, you'll play an important role in shaping the experience people have when visiting the centre.

What you'll be doing
As the first point of contact for many visitors, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who enters the building.
You'll:
-
Welcome patients, visitors and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
-
Respond to enquiries in person, over the telephone and via email
-
Support visitor sign-in processes and provide accurate information
-
Coordinate room bookings and appointments where required
-
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
-
Complete a range of administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
-
Help ensure reception and public areas remain tidy, welcoming and well-presented
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience
-
Provide holiday cover when required
What we're looking for

Where you'll be :
This is a mobile position and you will be expected to travel between:
- Rushey Mead HC
- Pasley Road HC
- Braunstone HSC
- Uppingham Road HC
- New Parks HC
We're looking for someone who:

Enjoys helping people and delivering great customer service

Communicates clearly and professionally

Can manage a variety of tasks and enquiries throughout the day

Remains calm and organised when priorities change

Works well both independently and as part of a team

Has basic administrative and IT skills
Previous reception experience is beneficial, but we're equally interested in people with transferable customer service and administration skills.
