Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth operation within the practice and creating a welcoming environment for our patients.

Duties

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Assist dental staff with administrative tasks as required, including filing and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a dental practice setting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
