  • Comfortable using computers and dental software
  • Motivated to grow within a private dental practice

Previous dental reception experience is preferred, especially in a private practice, but we may consider an exceptional candidate from a strong customer service, healthcare, hospitality or luxury retail background.

Desirable experience

  • Dental reception experience
  • Experience with dental software such as SOE, Exact, R4 or similar
  • Knowledge of private dentistry
  • Experience handling new patient enquiries
  • Experience with payments, treatment plans or finance applications
  • Strong written communication skills
