Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Gosport War Memorial Hospital, Catering Production Manager, Bury road, Gosport, PO12 3PW

Tom Rudd Unit, Moorgreen Hospital, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3JB

Hours: 20 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday- Friday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (4 Hours a Day)

Duration: 6 Months

Job Purpose:

Required to be front facing to our patient’s and visitors.
To answer all telephone calls.
General office duties.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

• Good Receptionist Experience
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Strong administrative
• Good IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
