Job description - Dental Receptionist

Job role:

To undertake all aspects of reception work including-

Answering calls in a timely, professional manner

Contacting patients via email or text

Arranging appointments and diary management

Completing documentation, including patient consent forms and medical histories

Patient finances, including taking payments and end of day reconciliation

Running reports, including recalls

Liaising with clinical staff to aid the smooth running of the practice

Any other administration tasks as required

The candidate must be polite, professional and punctual. Also the candidate must adhere to all practice policies, including confidentiality, safeguarding and equality and diversity. Dental reception experience is ideal, however, administration and customer service experience including confident IT skills is an advantage, and full training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
