Job Summary

Abbeyview Surgery is a GP Surgery in rural Lincolnshire serving circa 9300 patients. We have a diverse, friendly team that work hard to provide the best quality care to our Practice population.

Duties

  • Providing front of house support to patients and various administrative support to our team of clinicians, as needed from time to time. this will include some administrative duties outside of reception duties. Experience within a reception/administrative position is essential.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers and scanners- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Person Specification

Experience

  • Previous experience of working in a medical environment is preferred, but not essential.
  • It would also be helpful to be flexible with working hours from time to time.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check
