Full job description

Who We Are

DragonBet is looking for an Affiliate & Performance Marketing Executive to help drive customer acquisition across our affiliate and paid media channels.

We are a fast-growing, independent challenger brand in the UK betting market, with ambitious plans to expand across regulated markets. We offer a high-quality sportsbook and casino proposition in a highly regulated and competitive industry.

Founded by second-generation bookmakers, DragonBet combines decades of betting expertise with a modern, digital-first approach. As a UK Gambling Commission-licensed operator, we are focused on disciplined growth, commercial performance, integrity and responsible gambling.

The Role

We are looking for an Affiliate & Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our affiliate programme, with some exposure to paid media.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone early-to-mid career who wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced, commercially rigorous environment. You will work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, the Customer Strategy Team and external partners to deliver efficient, compliant acquisition.

What You Will Be Doing

· Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, acting as the main point of contact for partners.

· Recruit and onboard new affiliates, negotiating deals and commission structures.

· Optimise the affiliate portfolio to maximise quality, compliance and ROI.

· Monitor affiliate performance, identifying and addressing fraud and compliance risks.

· Support the execution and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google and other paid channels.

· Track and report on channel performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results.

· Work closely with Compliance to ensure all affiliate and paid marketing activity meets UKGC and ASA requirements.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the gambling, gaming or another regulated sector, with an understanding of how to build and grow a successful affiliate channel.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the confidence to manage partner relationships, negotiate commercial deals and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance, interpret KPIs and use insights to identify opportunities for growth and improve ROI.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple affiliate relationships, campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking systems and attribution tools, with an understanding of how to monitor performance and ensure accurate reporting.
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, with an interest in campaign optimisation and improving acquisition performance.
  • An understanding of UK gambling advertising regulations, including UKGC requirements and ASA/CAP standards, or a willingness to learn and develop knowledge in this area.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to identify issues, take ownership and suggest practical ways to improve performance.
  • Based in or able to commute to our Cardiff office 3–4 days per week.

What We Offer

  • A hands-on role with real ownership, the opportunity to make an impact and plenty of scope to develop your skills and experience.
  • Exposure to the full acquisition mix, with the chance to work across affiliate marketing and PPC at a growing challenger brand.
  • The opportunity to contribute ideas, take ownership of campaigns and help shape the ongoing development of our acquisition strategy.
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture where people work together, share ideas and are encouraged to take initiative.
  • The chance to work in a fast-paced, evolving business where you can see the impact of your work and contribute to commercial growth.
  • Opportunities to build your knowledge of digital marketing, performance optimisation and the regulated gambling sector.
  • A competitive salary, reflective of your skills and experience.
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 3–4 days per week in our Cardiff office, offering the opportunity to collaborate with the team in person.

If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you can grow affiliate partnerships, optimise campaign performance and make a real impact on acquisition at a growing challenger brand, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year

Application question(s):

  • Do you have a genuine interest in sports and betting? (Gambling industry experience preferred but not essential)
  • Do you have performance marketing experience? If yes, do you also have working affiliate marketing experience? More specifically managing affiliate accounts/relationships, as well as executing deals based on historic performance & KPI targets.
