Garden Centre Sales Assistant – Full Time

In-Excess, Landford Garden Centre-Four weekdays plus every Saturday

Enjoy helping customers and being part of a busy team? Come and join us at our very popular Landford Garden Centre!

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Sales Assistant who takes pride in giving great customer service. Whether you’re helping someone find the perfect plant or keeping our displays looking their best, you’ll help make every visit a positive experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming customers, answering questions and helping them find what they need.
  • Keeping shelves stocked and displays tidy and attractive.
  • Helping care for plants and keeping the garden centre looking its best.
  • Serving customers at the tills.
  • Working with colleagues to keep things running smoothly during busy periods.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be approachable, reliable and happy to get stuck in. This is an active role involving time on your feet, lifting and moving stock, and some outdoor work.

An interest in plants and gardening would be welcome, as would retail or customer service experience, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Your working week will include four weekdays and every Saturday, so regular Saturday availability is essential.
