Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support in a busy environment. This role requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in various tasks to ensure smooth operations. We have multiple areas that this role is for; Lakeside Cafe, Play Barn, Ice Cream Parlour.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Maintain an organised counter area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently when required.
