We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, engaging with clients, and driving business growth. Duties

  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information to facilitate purchase decisions
  • Engage in B2B sales activities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage client accounts and follow up on potential leads to maximise sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with the wider team to ensure smooth sales processes and timely delivery of products or services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using IT systems
  • Support the organisation of promotional events or campaigns to boost product visibility
  • Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or product demonstrations
