About Us

HGG Properties Ltd is a fast-growing property investment and management company with rental homes across North West London. We are looking for a reliable, practical Operative to manage our day-to-day light property upkeep.

The Role

This position focuses primarily on basic property upkeep and gardening. You will spend a significant amount of time traveling between our properties in North West and Central London to keep them looking great and well-maintained.

Note: You are not expected to handle complex trade work — we retain qualified plumbers and electricians for all major technical jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gardening: Mowing lawns, hedge trimming, weeding, and maintaining garden spaces across our portfolio.
  • General Repairs & Upkeep: Basic handywork, touch-up painting, minor carpentry, basic lock changes, and flat-pack furniture assembly.
  • Turnovers & Logistics: Occasional rubbish removal, property inspections, and light cleaning during changeovers.
  • Property Visits: Driving between sites daily to complete scheduled upkeep tasks.

Requirements

  • Extensive Driving Required: Must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence and feel comfortable driving daily across North West London.
  • Experience in general handyman work and gardening.
  • Ability to prioritize daily routes and work independently.
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a standard DBS check.
