About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Groundsworker / Landscaper Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong practical landscaping and grounds maintenance experience, excellent timekeeping skills and the ability to lead by example while maintaining high standards of work.

We need someone who is professional, competent, takes pride in their work and has a positive attitude towards both the job and the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of grounds maintenance and landscaping duties.
• Leading and supervising a team on site, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Organising daily tasks and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Ensuring work sites are kept clean, tidy and safe.
• Using tools, machinery and equipment safely and competently.
• Maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with clients and colleagues.
• Ensuring excellent standards of workmanship, reliability and punctuality.

Essential Requirements

• Must be over 25 years of age to meet our vehicle insurance policy requirements.
• Full, valid UK driving licence – essential.
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping.
• Experience leading a team or taking responsibility on site.
• Competent in carrying out landscaping and grounds maintenance duties.
• Excellent timekeeping and punctuality.
• Professional, reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality work.
