Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves working with both hand and power tools to create and maintain beautiful garden spaces. If you enjoy working outdoors and have experience in groundskeeping, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

  • Perform regular garden maintenance, including planting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
  • Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and gardens.
  • Assist in the design and layout of garden spaces, incorporating various plant species.
  • Monitor plant health, identifying pests or diseases and taking appropriate action.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all gardening projects are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in maintenance or gardening is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening tasks.
  • Knowledge of plant care, growing techniques, and irrigation methods is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • A genuine passion for gardening and a desire to learn more about horticulture practices.
