Do you have proven experience in hedge cutting and garden maintenance? We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented hedge and topiary cutting operative with expertise in maintaining prestigious private domestic estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate hedge cutters (both short and long arm) to a professional standard.
  • Cut straight tops and upright faces on hedging.
  • Hand cut topiary into various shapes, including balls, spirals, domes, etc.
  • Perform general landscape maintenance duties such as lawn mowing, edge clipping, strimming, and weeding with meticulous attention to detail in flower beds.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in garden maintenance, with a strong focus on hedge and topiary cutting.
  • Proven competence with both short and long arm hedge cutters.
  • High attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring a pristine finish.
  • Hardworking, reliable, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Full, clean driving license and your own transport.
  • Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
