We are looking for a reliable and experienced Landscaper with pressure washing experience and a broad range of multi-skilled abilities. This is a mobile role working across multiple sites in Llanelli and the surrounding areas, carrying out a variety of reactive maintenance tasks. The position offers plenty of variety and responsibility, with opportunities to develop and grow within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, general upkeep)
Carry out pressure washing duties across a variety of sites, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Complete tasks efficiently and on time
Use and maintain equipment safely
Follow health & safety procedures and report hazards
Represent the company professionally on site
Support basic maintenance tasks and general site upkeep
Work with team members and follow instructions carefully
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction by keeping all work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all time
Low-risk tasks
To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management, in line with the needs of the business
Travel between sites as required

What We’re Looking For

Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping with pressure washing experience
Full manual UK driving licence (essential)
Ability to work independently without supervision
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Flexibility to travel and work away when required
