Installation Technician

The Installation Technician team installs interior and exterior plants in containers, and sometimes trees, into workplaces and buildings across the UK. They will report to the Dispatch/Installation Manager. They will need to be self-motivated with the ability to make decisions, be able to demonstrate good organisational skills with attention to detail. They will be required to communicate with the clients’ representatives on site and be courteous and display a problem-solving attitude.

· Delivering and installing interior planting displays to clients’ premises in the UK

· Reporting to and communicating with the Dispatch/Installation Manager

· Regularly driving long distances and stay overnight in London and other UK cities

· Planting up and preparing plant display ready for delivery

· Large 3.5t box van or long-wheel base panel van

· Smart phone device for work use

· Company uniform

· All tools, equipment and sundries

· A good level of physical fitness, along with a reasonable level of DIY skills and working with power tools.

· Basic knowledge of plant types & varieties (training provided)

· Work effectively as part of a team, but with the ability to work alone at times and be self-motivated

· Excellent customer relationship skills and problem solving on site.

· Polite and courteous attitude

· Full UK driving licence

Approx Salary - £33,000 - £34,000 p.a.

Holiday – 20 days, plus 3 for Christmas, plus 8 bank holidays and your birthday off

Hours – Monday to Friday - 45 hr week

Based from our Bristol depot

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From £33,000.00 per year
