Private Garden Foreman

£18–£24 per hour | Full-time | 45 hours per week

Beechill Landscapes is a growing landscape contracting and design company working across Northern Ireland. We are looking for an experienced Private Garden Foreman to join our team.

The Role

  • Lead and support landscaping teams delivering high-quality private garden projects.
  • Work hands-on while helping manage 4–5 teams.
  • Help plan and organise daily workloads, materials and equipment.
  • Ensure projects are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • Part office-based and part hands-on.

Ideally, You Will Have

  • 3+ years’ landscaping experience.
  • Full UK driving licence with B+E.
  • Experience using excavators, dumpers, tractors and landscaping equipment.
  • Good knowledge of Hard & Soft landscaping, lawns and plant care.
  • Experience leading teams and delivering quality landscape projects.
