Gardener (Full Time)

Location: Frome and surrounding towns
Contract: Permanent
Days: Weekdays
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Working hours between 8:30am – 4:30pm)

We are a well-established company (est. 1998) employing over 60 staff, delivering cleaning and gardening services across domestic, commercial, and school sites.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced gardener to carry out a range of grounds maintenance tasks across multiple sites.

Duties include:

  • Grass cutting, strimming, and lawn care
  • Hedge cutting and pruning
  • Weeding, planting, and general garden maintenance
  • Leaf clearance and seasonal work
  • Use of machinery and power tools

You’ll be working across schools, domestic, and commercial properties.

Requirements

  • Previous gardening/grounds maintenance experience
  • Good plant knowledge (essential)
  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, with good attention to detail and a positive attitude

Desirable (not essential):

  • PA1 / PA6 Pesticide License
  • Chainsaw License

A DBS check will be required (arranged by the company). A company van will be provided for work use.
